How We Work (Our Philosophy)

Buildings represent significant capital assets, they must be protected through a well planned and appropriately funded maintenance management program. At lamboyal consult, we have extensive expertize in predictive, preventive( planned)and reactive (emergency) maintenance to keep any building and related systems in a perfectly working condition. We do that with a combination of BIM, related technologies, hands-on help to streamline tracking, management, and completion of routine tasks.

Predictive Maintanance

We offer this for high performance buildings. The objective is to identify operational anomalies and potential equipment defects and fix them before failures occur. We therefore leverage BIM, machine learning and sensor data to achieve the goal.

Our work is phased as follows;

Phase 1: Property/building Conditions Assessment:

Our teams start by conducting a property/building conditions assessment to examine the state of a building’s core performance and it’s systems namely; mechanical systems, electrical systems, structural systems, enclosure systems, finishes systems, sitework systems, conveyor systems, fire safety systems etc.

Phase 2: Preventive maintenance:

We then craft a maintenance management program and strategy for the building and each of it’s systems, to enable us maintain optimum building performance as we slowly transition to predictive maintenance.

Phase 3: Predictive maintanance:

Finally we equip the building with sophisticated monitoring systems if not already equipped and integrate them with BIM technology for facility management. This gives us the much desired ability to monitor real time performance of the building and it’s systems enabling us identify operational systems anomalies and potential defects for repairs to be made before failures occur.
